These Terms govern all bin rental and junk removal services provided by Honey Badger Waste Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), operating under MICHEE GROUP LTD, serving Ottawa and surrounding areas. By booking a service, you ("customer") agree to these terms.
1. Bin Rental Terms
- Each rental includes a set rental period and weight allowance, confirmed at time of booking.
- Additional rental days beyond the included period may incur extra charges.
- Overweight material beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges.
- Prohibited materials (hazardous waste, tires, liquids, etc.) may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.
2. Card on File — Required for Bin Rentals
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve and confirm any dumpster/bin rental booking. By providing your card, you authorize Honey Badger Waste Solutions to charge it for:
- The agreed rental price at time of booking or drop-off
- Additional rental days beyond the included period
- Overweight fees, as applicable
- Damage to the bin or related equipment caused by misuse or prohibited materials
This is a condition of booking. Charges are made via Stripe, our payment processor, and may occur without additional notice for confirmed overage or damage amounts as outlined in these Terms.
3. Junk Removal Terms
Junk removal jobs are quoted on-site or in advance and paid in full at time of service. No card-on-file is required for junk removal unless otherwise agreed.
4. Invoicing
If a charge cannot be processed on file (e.g., expired card), we will send an invoice by email or text with a secure payment link. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Unpaid invoices may be subject to collection action.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off or service time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
6. Liability
Honey Badger Waste Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing property damage. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, accessible placement areas for bins. Any damage caused directly by our equipment during placement or pickup will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
